E-Commerce Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)

 

The Outdoor Patio Store is an online company that specializes in everything outdoors.  We are a very small company that values our employees.

 

We have an immediate opening for a full-time e-commerce administrative assistant.

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with problem solving capabilities and a creative attitude. A typical day would include interacting with customers, contributing to our social media presence, as well as assisting in graphic design for promotions, website banners, etc.

 

We offer a fair, challenging and casual work environment.

 

General Duties include but not limited to:

 

·         Supporting CEO and Webmaster

·         Running/Analyzing Reports

·         Creative Writing

·         Inventory Updates

·         Communicating with Customers (telephone and email)

 

Skills:

 

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel

·         Work both Independently and in a Team Environment

·         Organization

 

Pay range for this position is from $12- $14/hr depending upon experience.

 

Our operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday thru Friday, NO WEEKENDS.
